Bookentic, operated by ARMA STRUCTURED FLOWS LLC, provides an SMS-based messaging program. By opting in, users agree to receive messages related to appointment bookings, reminders, confirmations, and account updates from Bookentic.

Bookentic sends two types of SMS messages:

(1) Transactional SMS – Appointment confirmations, reminders, booking updates, and account-related notifications.

(2) Marketing / Promotional SMS – Special offers, discounts, and platform announcements.

Users may opt in or opt out of each type independently at any time.

SMS messages are sent by ARMA STRUCTURED FLOWS LLC (Bookentic) because the user explicitly opted in via the consent form on the Bookentic website or agreed during account setup. Consent is entirely voluntary and can be revoked at any time by replying STOP.

Users can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting "STOP" to the short code. After the SMS message "STOP" is received, ARMA STRUCTURED FLOWS LLC (Bookentic) will send a confirmation that the user has been unsubscribed. Following this, no further SMS messages will be sent by Bookentic to that number. To re-subscribe, users may sign up again through the Bookentic consent form, and Bookentic will resume sending SMS messages accordingly.

If there are issues with the messaging program, users can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact ARMA STRUCTURED FLOWS LLC (Bookentic) directly at support@bookentic.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent by ARMA STRUCTURED FLOWS LLC (Bookentic) to users and from users to Bookentic. Message frequency varies based on booking activity. For questions about text or data plans, users should contact their wireless provider directly.

Data Sharing Policy: ARMA STRUCTURED FLOWS LLC (Bookentic) does not sell, rent, or share personal information or mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. This applies to all data collected through Bookentic's SMS messaging program.
